IZMAG Electromagnetic Flow Meter

The IZMAG is a full featured electromagnetic flow meter for sanitary and hygienic applications

Product attributes

  • ± 0.20% accuracy
  • Compact design fits challenging applications
  • Stainless steel housing suitable for all processing environments
  • 3-A compliant; Third party verified in accordance with standard 28-04

Building on the qualities that have made its predecessors the industry standard in accuracy and longevity, the Anderson-Negele IZMAG incorporates design and performance features that allow the IZMAG to excel in the most demanding sanitary processing environments.

From the outside the flow meter has a compact overall size allowing installation into tight fitting applications along with a variety of insertion lengths giving the IZMAG the ability to retrofit many existing applications without having to change the piping. An all stainless steel housing provides the highest level of protection from cleaning chemicals and environmental extremes present in food processing facilities. An integral or remote mounted signal converter has a standard backlit graphic display provides the metering information not only as numbers and text but also through graphical images. Interfaces include multiple pulse and analog outputs along with Ethernet IP digital communication. On the inside a PFA liner offers increases in pressure, temperature and vacuum capability. This liner gives the IZMAG the ability to satisfy an expanded list of high temperature and aseptic applications.
